Need help in ground rb

I do not know the problem with me, but basically, I play USA ground (rank 2), and during the matches, i die instantly. But if I play rank 1 matches, I easily become top 5. Pls someone help me.

My only advice would be to try playing slowly and not just rush… You will learn maps and positions quicer if you just play slower.

I already know tier one maps well, and it’s occasionally i have to play in tier 2 maps

It depends what lineup you are using and which vehicles you are using.
As saitama wrote there is no need to rush
And my only and last advice is watch and learn on youtube how to play better.

i use the shermans mostly if i play tier 2
so i should experience tier 2 for some time to get better right?
and also, should i play more of tier 1 or 2 coz i’m better at tier 1 but I might get more experience playing tier 2

I assume you don’t know how match making is working so when the vehicle is rank II it’s just form of balance for economy the battle rating is form of balance for mm and it’s working +1 -1
For example in 2.7 you can expect vehicles frome 3.7 or 1.7
And if you take some vehicles on br that shouldn’t been it can peforme very bad i recomend you to stick only same vechicles br
Of course you can mixup vehicles br if you can perform good
yes

so maybe the reason i’m dying quickly is because i’m playing with people of higher br and with slightly better tanks
i always take tanks which have br similar to other crews, like 2.3-3.0 together and 3.3 to 4.0 together, etc

It can be one of reasons and as you said

like 2.3-3.0 together and 3.3 to 4.0 together,etc

for you 2.3 on 3.0 is too high as i said i recomend to stick with same br vechicles slightly decrese for example 2.7 it will change you experience for better and you lineup don’t need to be always full :)

so the closer br numbers are to each other, the better? that kinda makes sense speaking that in ground battles, your match br is the highest br in your crews, so the closer the br numbers, the tanks performence wil be more similar?

in most cases yes.

Germany was the First Nation in ground I played, and I got up to the Tiger/Panther before deciding that I didn’t want to be a stupid Tiger player (I was lucky enough to hear the stories) and then decided to grind out France (The AMX-13-M24 was the first premium I bought, I’m pretty sure).

If you’re having trouble at a certain tier in a nation, maybe try switching to another nation and building your experience until you’re ready to progress again.
