Need a 2.7 ussr lineup and a 5.7 german lineup

Is your keyboard broken or do you have dyslexia? .You just lost me with the whole thing there. The OP is asking for help on why he is having little success with what is recognized as a good tank in reality and in the game. The correct and poor use of the Tiger has to be the issue, but you say it is not. I just fail to get what you are saying here.

I know the Tiger is a good tank but I can charge in and get killed with it or hide and take a few from distance and have success. If I have a gun I don’t need to use it like a sword do I ?

Virtually every tank in the game will be penned when hit in the side without an angle. Virtually every tank in the game has weakspots that can be exploited at close range by low BR tanks. War Thunder is generally not a game where you can rely on “tanking hits”. Don’t get hit in the first place.

By staying out of close quarters combat and using the Tiger to its best advantage? Big accurate gun and heavy Armour at an angle?

Core of USSR 2.7 are T-50 and SU-122. You can also bring BT-7M if don’t mind it being 1st rank.

TDs there are a meh, unless you really like just sitting back and sniping.

BTR-152A is decent SPAA when spaded. If you want SPAA with pen, I would recommend GAZ-MM (72-K) over ZiS-43, as its more mobile and has better gun handling.
