I started grinding UK tech tree recently. Up to 5.7 i have a blast - it is very competetive and generally fun (including early battlecrusiers) - but im little concerned about further progresion. UK i one of the least played nation in naval (only followed by IT and FR) and there is not so much info about later BBs, epsially top tier (Lion - i know its new). Evryone is focusing on how Sovietsky is OP or how Iowa is strong or how Yamato is bad. But i failed to find good feedback on Lion. Is it competetive? British shells in General from 7.0 upwards seem to be weak with sub par penetration (only germans have worse but with much higher ROF). Is it a real issue? I dont want to find myself playing lets say Warspite and not been able to penetrate any BB on my BR or higher. Bsaially im looking for UK Veterans regularlly playing those ships ;)
