An EC/World War model is going to be the solution for War Thunder’s future. the more BRs we add, the more we fragment the community, the longer drops take in certain BR ranges. Every BR we add, is another divide, another lengthening cue time.
With an EC model (especially if they can do server migrations like Dune Awakening does in the Deep Desert), everyone can play pretty much whatever they want and drop instantly.
Personally, I don’t have time for EC except on the weekend maybe. That’s why I used to lean to short 15min matches in small boats. [edit: to clarify, I don’t have time for Naval EC as it is NOW]
Solution for who? For you? So you can play you small boat without fear of facing destroyers? I bet you whish grind bots in empty matches like before Aiming change.
1st, have they nerfed the PT boats a bit? They are kinda moving weird, like more heavy feeling.
2nd facing DD is fun, given the boat is equipped for the task but the most gaming breacking issue here is that many times you face an entire flottila of them. Some battles are so lost because one side has
3X Reserve DD and the other small coastial.
3rd If Kweedko disapproves then it means the idea is on the right track, he is allergic to realism and skiil play.

seesh. it’s actually HARDER to calculate lead than it was in the previous aim mode. There is NO INFORMATION. No lead indicator. No way to adjust fire. This is absolutely absurd.
You forgot to mention that out of your last 20 battles, the one you took the screenshot from was the first that was actually full of players. We can see this in the Replays section of the official website. Your other battles:

And? You could parse and count Fuegos battles too. Or yourself ones. Even you table shows that total players is more than bots, despite that im playing all this battles on 7.3-7.7 strictly.
You know Naval is on life support when shills like you take this as a “victory”, when instead it should be a fact you’re trying to hide as it’s honestly embarrassing.
From your 20 games, on average around 45% of all players were AI controlled ones and honestly, that’s pretty sad. Any mode that needs double digit of bots to fill out the lobby on average is on it’s dying legs. In fact, any mode that needs bots at all is pretty screwed.
You know what Naval and Sim have in common ? They’re both pretty dead.
Is it just Naval that is dead though ? Just because there are a lot of players in any of the modes it can be just as dead, with bots, cheaters, nobody actually interested in playing the game and just messing around, RNG, matchmaking all contribute to it being a horrific gaming experience.
I do agree Naval is dead, I used to like it and wanted to progress but now I hardly ever play it the aiming is tragic, bots, and most games are over in minutes.
You get chewed up in the first contact and then if you re-spawn you are just feeding into an already broken system for very little if any reward it is just not worth it. Hopefully somebody may be able to produce something good with this first person team-play rather than the many good overall strategic view games that already exist.
