How do I set aiming HUD glowing red like this picture from DP’s video?

This one is from my Screenshot and I can barely see the number

I would be very much interested in that as well, been having more issues than I previously recall seeing the ranging information of late

Edit: the following is not correct.

It is the night mode for crosshairs, you have to assign a button maybe, at my keyboard it is “-” but maybe the default is something else.
I think you can find it in the setings if you search for “crosshair illumination”

U mean Crosshair lighting? nope it just lightened the HUD and it makes it worse.

Yeah youre right, i was wrong. This looks even worse.
But making it look like in the first picture you posted would be really beneficial.
