Currently, AI controlled secondary guns vs naval targets are absolutely useless. They couldnt hit a battleship at point blank range. With the introduction of new code for how AI guns vs aircraft are handled, I would propose adding something similar for secondary guns vs naval targets.
I am not proposing for them to be highly effective/accurate, but simply more accurate than they are currently.
HMS Vanguard vs Destroyer:
Would it be so harmful if 25% of the shells fired actually hit the target? Even if the current spread remained for coastal targets
