For those that don’t remember, there was a issue in WT air battles where you would heavily dmg a enemy aircraft and as they were falling to the ground, someone would swoop in and steal the kill.
This has made a comeback since the bomber buff. Since it’s very hard to actually get the bomber into the severely damaged state, almost all of my kills on a bomber are assist. Nothing like risking your aircraft, taking a ton of dmg only for someone to come in and get the kill on the heavily disabled bomber that can’t fight back while you limp back to the airfield.
If you take out 1 or 2 engines you need to get the severely damaged credit so people don’t steal your kill.
