No he won’t, as you fill those informations and the Media Partnership Program takes a long time, usually the staff team tends to personally verify the informations you fill with and check in the provided E-mail and the YouTube or Twitch channel, if it’s all ok, he gets accepted, if something is wrong, obviously is rejected. I don’t think there’s nothing in the guidelines mentioning false information.
