My friend was banned for inappropriate nickname, now he changed it but he cant text to the game master because he is not an active user. He can’t be an active user due to the fact that his account is still banned. This system is so stupid.

He can’t post anything bc he haven’t played in a year. Only active players can post stuff here, but he is banned and cant be an active user.
He should be able to post in that area, but he will be restricted in the normal part of the forum
So, feel free to tell him to post there about his Name Change
