It could work like the PUMA, though without the Muss (which is rarely useful anyway). I’d say 9.7. The only 9.7 vehicle there is the Merk 2D, which I hope will return to the TT soon.
The M-LPV, a goofy little vehicle (could also be an SPAA)
equipped with an 30mm M230LF autocannon with the capability to fire M789 HEDP shells (the belt found on the Apache) and XM1211 HE-VT shells for facing aircraft. Also has an IR tracker.

I would say the Namer RVWS-30 belongs at 11.0 (with its realistic armor), and the one here belongs at around 10.0, maybe higher given it would be a tough nut to crack.
Also, Achzarit Mk.2 RCWS-30 when gaijin (at least they can’t mess the armor on this thing up since we have sources saying it can withstand 3BM42 lol)

A few additions with heavier firepower.
There’s also supposed to be a version of the Pandur II with a Sabrah turret for the Philippine Army, but there’s been some speculation that the Philippines has cancelled its order for it. The initial concept for both this and the Sabrah used the Italian Hitfact-MKII turret, but if any are produced, it’s most likely it’ll use the same turret as the Sabrah, it remains to be seen for now though.

Nice to see the vehicles I resurfaced back from the obscurity
I mean Sweden already has quite a few heat/apds slingers, though I still prefer the APHE.
There’s a lot of vehicles that are just landrover/jeep with a recoilless rifle on it. I want them all.
