My account is frozen

My account has been frozen for one month(Idk for what reason probably because I moved to another country and changed some information) and I’ve provided as much as information I have, including phone numbers, computer configuration, mails and details of pack purchases to prove me the initial owners. However, after all these, the support asked me for the initial phone number and mail which I can no longer fully remember. The initial number was only for temporary usage so I didn’t store it after changing to new number(I didn’t expect it was so important). I’ve tried to retrieve it from phone company with my identity card but failed. For similar reasons, I forgot the initial mail. I devoted a lot money and time into my account and don’t want it to be frozen forever due to may carelessness. Please help!
