I dont think ive ever claimed not to be. But i have been arguing this point since the old forums and the arguements for multipathing have never changed or improved. And infact only more information against it has come out.
No, nerf multipathing even more or change how it works. IRL missiles like the Aim-54 only had it effected when the target was ~10m off the ground.
The only missile that can splash damage kill you somewhat consistently is the Phoenix/Sedjil. All of which are incredibly easy to dodge without needing to resort to multipath.
Then do it instead of crying that multipath is too low. Oh and that only works if the missile is fired long range + you give up your position.
Wot? Most battles are decided by stats top tier or not. There’s no such thing as a spec air rb where everyone has the same plane and the only factor that matters is skill.
This will only work if match sizes are lowered.

At lower BRs, it’s you doing the piloting and aiming. Aircraft performance matters but someone being a worse player on either end is enough to tip a fight.
The most you can do at top tier is launch the missile in a good position, after that there’s nothing else you can do. The worst of players will kill anyone just as easily as a highly skilled player if they fire their spamraam at the right time.
This applies to all tiers. A bad player will die to Phoenix spam, or early AMRAAM launches. A bad player won’t think about positioning and rush the middle of the map without climbing. A bad player will base bomb.
I won’t lie. Low tier definitely takes more skill than high tier but player skill still matters in the fight and the planes don’t magically equalize everyone’s skill. That’s why you get cases like WalletWarrior69- barely breaking even on K/D, while some people have 3-5K/D in the same plane at top tier.
From your stats you don’t play top tier. You’d be surprised that not many people die to early SPAMRAAMs often and if they do they’re usually new premium players.
Early SPAMRAAM deaths were only a problem during the first 1-2 weeks of the patch because people were still learning how to evade.

Or what else you thing why planes and munitions decades apart face each other?
Top Tier ARB is just not fun anymore, so you basically just fly in, spam your missiles, hope for the best and then hop into the next game.
It COULD be fun if we had BR specific mission types that utilise the armament we have or if we had maps with terrain that allows you to evade any SARH missiles instead of flat terrain.

When I play I get them still mixed up with the flat maps. It’s not consistent.
Golan Heights, City, Pyrenees, Kamchatka, Mysterious Valley, Spain, Southeastern City.
Also flat maps are good because its easier to abuse multipath. That’s why less premium players die from Phoenix/F-90 spam at maps like Sinai.
The maps that aren’t good for dodging missiles are maps that are inconsistently flat and bumpy terrain where they have small hills you can’t use. You can’t hide behind anything and you cant abuse multipath that well.
I agree with that one, when releasing fox 3 missiles in the future they should not have such a gap in performance between the aim 120 and r-77. Aim 120 tracking way better than the r-77.
Their seekers are identical except for active range, which has no correlation to tracking ability.
The tracking is fine, the issue is with the russian designers for the hideous idea of a lattice fin design, this issue will only truly be fixed with the R-77-1 so just wait for that ig
They should reduce it again and give America the F-22.
This is the gameplay that people wanted. Now enjoy your 200+ Fox 3 in the air slop and enjoy it. It’s not like nobody predicted this outcome.
