lol, the only reason the 2S38 is so low is cuz of its negative statistics, so many premium players repeatedly dying. A decent player would have no problem playing it at 11.0 or higher

few years ago, the vehicle was used by bots and their actions were relatively limited to spawning and waiting.

The spawn/kill/death ratio is extremely low.

I never really considered it overpowered, just annoying and honestly this makes little difference except it will no longer see 2nd gen MBTs like the Leo 1A5.

It doesnt need to. If you launch stuff from 17km it will either miss / fall somewhere early / get intercepted thanks to low speed. Hq17 can plant box at some neat spot and eliminate all your munitions launched from that range until match ends.

if i can do decently in an ajax (as long as theres no BMPT) then most will be just fine in the same thing but more powerful at 11.0

I might be crazy but I actually think a scimitar LEP 235 would be more fun than Ajax at like 9.7 maybe.

I fail to see the issue. You’d rather use the 2S38 with the 10.7 lineup, anyway, so you can have goodies like the 2S6.

youre smoking some strong stuff to think a Scimitar LEP can go above 8.3 even with the APFSDS that was NEVER used

Thermals, plasan armour packages and a tank laser sight will only improve the scimitar to be a worse armoured warrior alternative without an ATGM launcher.
no stabilisation of the gun either

all the scimitars in the files could only appear at 8.0

the scorpion variant (sabre) is literally just scimitar again from gameplay
the diesel wont give much advantage from the extra weight and mk2 is an extra third taller.

I’ve used the normal scimi at 9.7 just fine.

If they fixed the outstanding armour issues and gave it the extra armour along with LRF and whatnot it’ll be very fun.

You will be able to tank most 30 mm round at medium to long range.

huuh idk yesterday i was playing top br with my Leo2A7V and got killed by a few 2s38 frontal shoots

For me its ok if they go up since it would mean 9.3 and 9.7 would be more safer from these annoying creatures

Btw some ppl dont want it 10.7 because it ruins their lineup or something? Excuse me but when i want to play Leopard 2A4 i need to pair it with 11.0 and face full uptiers because germany has no 10.7 lineup.

And russia DOES have 10.7 lineup, you guys will have 2S6 and a T80

2s38 is utter trash that used to be OP back when it was first introduced when the ammorack was much smaller and there was a bug that it wouldn’t detonate right now it’s completely useless

Yeah it is atrocious, 10.7 is still far too low, it needs to be 11.7 like the HSTVL.
