I bought the f104S taf and I can’t paly it at 11.3 and u tell me that it’s 11.3 bc of it’s speed? speed doesn’t equals power it’s turn speed is slow it’s rockets are pretty bad at it’s br, move it down to 10.3 or 10.7 it’s really hard to use. I get shot down before I can even get to reach the base by mig23s and f4s and this plane is not even close to those planes in 11.3 for example the viggen, the phantom and the mig23s this plane is not even close to those planes in power. Decrese it’s br to 10.3/10.7
Play it a lot. Then they will move it down.

10.7 for an actually fast and not abysmal F-104 is ludicrous. It should be 11.0 at least, and most other F-104s need to move down too.

I’ll translate this to normal person language: “I bought a premium without bothering to look at it and am now disappointed that I can’t win every game even tho it’s just my skill issue”
The F-104S should be 11.0, but any lower would lead to it being overpowered, because it would require the F-104Gs to be 10.3, which is too low for them.

the F-104s, especially the S and S-ASA have this problem where they’re aircraft with a Very high capability but also a Very steep learning curve
this means that most players don’t make it up the curve, they never figure out how to use this airframe and that’s tbe case here
but once you DO figure out how to use an F-104, especially the F-104S and ASA you’re gonna be an Ace pretty quickly
it’s what I like to call a High skill airframe, it’s not a Rafale where your plane does Ace combat manoeuvres when you want it to and the missiles are a 30km Death sentence
but once you figure out how to use that plane you’re Untouchable

I tried literally everything nothing worked I can’t do anything against radar missiles the aim9Ps s*ck too
However, it being 10.7 would require the F-104Gs to be 10.3s, and that would be too low for them IMO. You also underestimate how fast the F-104S actually is compared to every other F-104, and that speed is very important.

It’s kept at it’s BR due to napalm base rushers keeping it’s SL/RP earnings up. It’s wasn’t exactly OP in air to air at 11.0 before it was up tiered.
No, I think it’s more capable than most 10.7s, and that the F-104Gs are more capable than most 10.3s.
