Move CA27s to 8.7

yes i keep saying the CAC sabre is good. It’s VERY good, but it’s not a 9.0 aircraft, neither is the CL13B Mk6.

So what are they, cause they certainly aren’t 8.7 aircraft if you compare them to literally anything at 8.7

This is such a dumb take that I had to quote it

yes for yak130 (who would have thought) but ariete clowns on cl13b

they are 100 percent closer to 8.7s than any other 9.0’s in the game. Both armament wise as performance wise.

the yak130 can’t outdogfight the ariete, what do you mean??? I’ve outfought arietes on the f40 sabre and its literally an f-25 with slats. Why wouldn’t something lighter with better engine be able as well? The yak130 is actually much worse than the CA27 in 1v1. Unless you go extremely slow where the yak130 has only but a small one circle advantage the ca27 will absolutely maim it.

no lmao

yes, it is. Stop corsairing around and write coherent answers instead of two monosyllablic answers. You really think that while most 9.0’s are afterburning transonics with four missiles the ca27 which is a worse cl13 with better guns is 9.0 as well? You still think CA27 is the best 9.0 with the super mystere, the etendard and the f3h and f11f are out there.

i mean the cl13b wins aagainst yak130

say how, because I want to hear this, explain what a SMB2 does better

has better engine, has better nose authority, has higher top speed, has more damage resilience, turns slightly better at lower speeds, has Nords. It’s basically a sidetype of the F3H.

Has far worse accel/climb.

Yes, the SMB2 one circles better. Congratulations! This is the single thing it does better. It gets curb stomped in the two circle and the SMB2 ever trying to force a 1c will end up with it going 400kph but hey, you might get that kill before you die!

No.

Made up nonsense. Zero evidence of this.

Why are you slow in a CA27

Not an upgrade to 9Bs

Get real.

One circle and staying fast is the meta of air RB across all BRs, not ratefighting, and that is if missiles aren’t involved,. It is you the one who has to get real.

Oh by the way, get your eyes checked. The CA27 is 5.51t and has MORE thrust than the SBM2 which weighs a fatty 7.37t with LESS thrust. (By around 150kg/f) Safe to say the CA27 destroys the SMB2 in the engine department

One circle and staying fast are opposite statements. CA27 has no reason to ever get involved with a one circle. It can just leave any fight with almost any subsonic and theres nothing the other sub can do about it. (along with every other subsonic jet at 9.0, including the CL13B which was the previous high performance sabre)

Caught lying again.
SMB2 has an afterburning engine with 3900kgf stock, CA27 has 3100 spaded on TO/GA setting. So you are the one who has to actually stop telling others to do what you must do instead. You’re a chronic liar and will weasel your way out but keep failing. After that, as per usual, you will just “no, lmao, skill isue” chain on loop.

An aircraft’s weight isn’t really relevant at top speed, this is why civilian airliners can reach 1000 kmh of TAS while having tiny engines with very little thrust weight ratio. Max they can do is 5000fpm for A310, 757-200 , 777-200LR and 747-400 which are the kings of TWR in civilian aviation.

Unless you put the CA27 and the SMB2 at below 600kmh IAS the SMB2 will perform better at most speeds and especially at higher alts because of the afterburner.

Hey so lying is an intentional act. Read that again slowly, intentional. People being wrong are not lying. That said, xray in game says something different than what wiki says and the xray itself isnt accurate as much as the wiki probably isnt accurate so I will have to test both.

None of these numbers are verified until either you show concrete evidence or until I get into game and test both.

An aircrafts weight has a lot to do with acceleration. How do you think thrust to weight is calculated? What do you think thrust to weight ends up resulting in?

And you know this with all your SMB2 experience?

You were way too sure about your claims.

Still even if you’re right about the TWR the SMB2 will usually come on top past 900kmh as with any afterburner jet performing better the closer it gets to transonics.

Because I checked the wiki and it said clear as day numbers? You have presented something that contradicts that. Quit thinking people are intentionally lying just because you disagree with them or because they get something wrong. We haven’t even established that I’m wrong or you’re right. I will test them later.

No, it won’t. I’ve played the SMB2. You have not. The SMB2 is up there for one of the least competitive jets in the game. The CA27 on the other hand has been considered strong ever since its been added

The wiki is also doodoo.

CA27 is strong because sabres are strong. But there is certainly stronger 9.0s. Maybe SMB2 is not one of them.

and in game xray is famously accurate?

Ok name them. Name 5
