Move CA27s to 8.7

Main reason: Worse CL13B Mk6 with worse guns

The plane is good but it is still a hardwing sabre, it also has adens which are only good in close combat unlike 50 cals which can be used under more circumstances. The CA 27 needs to be 8.7 because being hardwing only means it will need much more time to nose onto enemies to get the position it needs, it also means it can’t enter knife fights like the CL13B Mk6. The CA27 is like a mig15 bis with stock sabre roll rate running adens, i don’t see why it has to share BR with things like the super mystere, the f11f, the f3h and other things that run trains on it as far as raw speed and power to weight go, or with arietes and sagittarios and cl13b’s that share climb rate while maiming it in a dogfight.

The CA27 takes about three to four more time to work for a kill where the CL13B just needs some elevator and 50 cal spray.

every 9.0 that isnt the f3h rn

people will disagree here

Spaded CA, felt not much worse than CL-13B Mk6 in an actual fight

Hell no, at 8.x+ BRs machine guns actually start to suck, and you really need something that deals heavier damage per shot. CA-27’s ADENs have fantastic belt choices, like the tracer-traceless belt with HE power enough to rip off the wing in a single hit if you land it. With 12.7mm, you will need to spray an amount of bullets to deal enough damage, and given how many nimble targets are at those BRs, unless you have an A7M2 flight performance, you are getting very litte sight-on-target time. So by no means ADENs are bad in that regard, the only thing that sucks is ammo count, but with some trigger discipline it’s actually more than enough

i’d take 50 cals and snipe pilots than adens and having to pass four times before I can actually start shooting. This sets me in a very vulnerable position. You can check my stats on the CL13B aswell, i’ve died to aim7c only twice in the most bullshit ways possible in the CA27 but the biggest offender have always been F3H’s divebombing on me.

spaded CA can’t even keep up with sagi’s in the vertical, the cl13b literally outdogfights the Ariete and the yak130.

Ariete and Sagitario are something else, but I’ve played Sabre at 9.0, and CA-27 is either the same or even more capable in the situations I’ve witnessed

no it’s not capable, the cl13b can definitely shake f3h’s off its ass, the ca27 can’t even outrate them fast enough. It doesn’t even have the controllability to dodge head ons with f3h’s and neither does it have the agility to properly plant on it’s six. CA27 successfully dodging a f3h head on and merging will be left eating dust because how wide it’s turn radius is. It’s a terrible aircraft for air RB only profitting off of people getting slow and parasiting your team. As I said, my KD went from 4 in 100 matches to 3 in just 30 matches more just because of the f3h spam. Back then, most of them were stock. Now, they’re almost all spaded and mangling teams while having only mig21s and lightnings be the only things that can touch them

Idk, for me F3H was only problem when they had Sparrows to launch. Most of the time I succeeded in shaking off the Demons from the six so idk what are you talking about, maybe get better around throttle control and air brakes? Also this thing turns very well under ~800 km/h and thus can turn Demons more or less reliably, you should just not overaccelerate since it has a rather good energy retention and fine engine, and you compress heavily above 900 km/h. Demons are also really good, but their problem right now is a cumulative one whereas better missiles made an already good plane even better

this may be that i most play britain. but it honestly seems fine for 9.0 in NE.

if anything its evidence that all the other sabres need moving up

no, to be honest, many 9.0’s should be moved up with some decompression and certain others need to be moved up without decompression
