The MiG-19 is king of 9.3 and RWR isn’t all that useful at 9.3
Notice how I never said anything directly relating to the gameplay performance of either of those planes. The Mig-21 rips as 1365IAS, and it hits that at 6000m while going mach 1.6.
How is a G.91, or some other subsonic 9.0-9.3 plane supposed to dodge a missile from an Ayit?
F-100A/D/F carries x4 AIM-9E’s… 9.3
J-6A is essentially a better MiG-19 with missiles… 9.3
But no one cries about those

They sure can. As it happens constantly.

oh no its 9.7 in training wheels mode instead of 9.3 where pretty much everyone here actually plays. will certainly rock with how lenient arcade physics are.

That explains a lot. It’s undertiered in air RB due to having potent missiles at a BR where most planes lack flares. In a downtier it’ll face almost exclusively face subsonic planes too, which are easy prey for missiles.
You also would be able to dodge them a lot easier in AAB, but it’s different in RB.

The MiG-19 for USSR has missile, and I’m not crying about it, just stating my opinion, of all the 9.3 aircraft I’ve played the MiG-19 is the best, personally I like the German one
In Arcade, all aircraft are real kites.
how do you even fight ayits, no matter what i do they either keep up with me (in a mig 21S no less!) or i try extend away,they shoot a missile and thats game over.

They have awful energy retention and a max speed of around mach 0.8
I dont have flares so I simply have to turn with them or I die.

They have Aim-9Ds which have poor turning but a long burn time, but if you have a significant speed advantage, e.g against a slow Ayit who’s bee turning, then you can outrun the Aim-9D.
Nah Br 10.0 will surely be a better BR for it. It felt like flying the harriers.
