what are the most fun vehicles in your opinion?
D2 1.3
YAK-1B 3.0
SPIT MK IX 4.3
YAK-7B 2.7
SU-33 13.0
T26-E5 6.7
TIGER-II H/NR 6.7
YAK-23 8.3
LEO-2A4 10.7
T34-85 5.7
M4A3 76W 5.7
YAK-3U 5.7
MIG-21 BIS 11.0
these are pretty fun
the i-153p is pretty fun too so if you have spare ge you should try it out
Air sim perspective:
Bf 109 F4
- Best BR at 4.0. Playable throughout the week, viable even when manually uptiered to 5.7. Can even avoid Lf Mk IXs and Ki-84s by doing USSR vs GER/ITA.
- Incredibly versatile - has an answer to nearly everything. Good turning capability, good climbing ability, passable roll, decent speed.
- Amazing gunsight that’s easy to aim with
- Passable visibility. Rear-visibility kind of sucks but short nose that’s angled downwards making leading easier
- Great flaps and low-speed control if using flaps.
- Loves doing “hanging” and “wingover” maneuvers which always feel awesome to execute.
- Decent dive speed.
F4U-4
- BR kind of sucks at 5.3 - on 6.0 and 6.3 days you might end up unable to play due to Ju 288 C spam. Never has to worry about Lf Mk IX, does occasionally need to worry about Ki-84 but can do US/GB vs GER/ITA
- Practically infinite ammo
- Guns have amazing ballistics allowing for long-range shots
- Awesome gunsight for setting up high-aspect shots and maneuvers to get gun on target. Does take some getting used to after not flying though.
- Awesome roll rate, as good at turning as most 109s except for the 109 F4. Pretty good climb and awesome speed.
- jet-grade visibility. You got a bubble canopy AND rear-view mirrors. Those mirrors cannot be understated - they’ve saved me countless times!
- Stupid flaps that lets you float. Also, you can’t rip them unless you REALLY try allowing for aggressive flap usage.
- Airbrake landing gear for avoiding overspeed in dives or to avoid overshoots
- Between rear-visibility, roll rate, airbrake landing gear and flaps - this thing is made for forcing over-shoots/making reversals. She’s the plane I learned to do scissors with in sim.
P-51C (Mustang Mk Ia/P-51 honorary mention although weaker engine)
- Awesome BR like the 109 F4 at 4.0
- You are one of the fastest things at your BR. Like 109 F4, it can be up-tiered to 5.7 and still be successful (in fact, fighting doras and 109 K4s can let you win turnfights more reliably than 109 F4s).
- With combat flaps, you can turn with 109s provided you got altitude to burn to keep your speed high.
- .50 cals mean awesome ballistics
- Decent visibility including a rear-view mirror
- Stupid dive speed.
G.55 Sotto 0
- BR is 4.3, so not as awesome as 109 F4 or P-51C, but still playable all around the week
- Kinda bad visibility, but cockpit looks pretty so it’s something? That cockpit model prolly boosts this a bunch.
- You’re an italian 109G that turns better.
- Can’t rip those flaps so you can be aggressive with them
- Good dive speed.
M60A1 AOS, M60A3 TTS, M41A1, M56, AD-4, AV-8A, UH-1B/C/C (XM-30), AH-1F, M3 Bradly
B7A2 and B7A2 Homare 23, efficient and versatile
What mode?
NRB - Alano;
GAB - M4A1 (75) W;
GRB - Breda 501, R3 T106FA;
AAB - 5.0-5.3 Spitfires setup;
ARB - SB2C-5 with mg pods.
Harrier because harrier cool
From my perspective:
GRB
- M4A3E8s, if you can learn how to abuse the gun handling and short stop stab they are quite nasty
- Vickers Mk1, because 5 sec reload on fully stabilised 105mm L7 at 8.0
- Anything french at 7.7
- 8.7 Chieftains, god do I love playing them
- Scimitar is tad bit more fun than Fox due to lower BR and thus less drones and thermals
- 10.7 M1 Abrams gives you all the fun of top tier gameplay with none of the drawbacks such as LDIRCM helis + 5 sec reload
- T-80UD is no brainer
ARB
- Spitfire LF Mk IX and Bf-109 K-4, these two planes have really fun dynamic
- F/A-18C early, solely because 7Ps
- Su-33 is also great
- lately F-15A has been growing on me, once I got past that atrocious stock grind, its extremely fun to fly
The KV-2
AFT-09 is one of my favourites
Fun as in “have consistantly good matches”
Spitfire LF MKIX Plagis
Typhoon FGR4 AESA
A lot of the 3.0 Brit Props
Fun as in “can sit back and just play it for hours” (usually in ASB rather than ARB)
Tornado GR1/GR4
Buc S2 (Sometimes the S2B as well)
Sometimes the various Harriers (really lobby dependent on that one)
The new Bomber Mosquitto is becoming an aircraft I enjoy quite a bit
Though Tornado GR4 is just funny as hell to troll players that are expecting 9Ls and eat 9Ms or the usual bus of an FM, only to lose in a gunfight
I use to really enjoy HMS Belfast, but the compression has rendered it an absolute chore as you seem to always be queued against Battleships.
The plane I had the most fun with was the Ouragan for sure. But overall I usually enjoy a lot early jets
Here are the best aircraft I’ve played so far, in which not only have performed decently, but I’ve had the most fun piloting (some were played in other accounts).
Germany:
- Bf-109 G-6
- Bf-109 G-2
- Bf-109 F-4
- Me-262 A-1/U4
- Lim-5P

Israel:
- Spitfire Mk.IX (CW)
- P-51D-20-NA
- Ayit
- Kurnass 2000
- Kfir C.7
- Kfir Canard
- Kfir C.10 Block 60
- F-16C/D Barak II
- F-15C Baz Meshupar
China:
- J-7E
- J-8F
- J-10A
- J-11B
- JF-17
France:
- Mirage F1C/C-200
- Mirage 2000-5F/Ei
- Mirage 4000
Russia:
- Su-33
- Su-34
- MiG-29SMT
- Su-27SM
- Su-30SM
My personal favourites:
XM800T (8.7), very fun and fast, I never do well with it but it’s funny zooming around the map pulling off some crazy flanks
F2H-2 (7.3), my favourite early jet, probably a bit undertiered, good speed, good turning, good guns, just a great aircraft and easy to use
M8 LAC (1.0), the China version is free, and it absolutely shreds anything. A 50 cal is pretty much an autocannon against early vehicles.
T26E5 (6.7), easy to play, good armour and firepower, u can’t go wrong
HMS Dido at 5.3: relatively quick, VT fuse available and great turret elevation for pesky aircraft that want to try and out angle your guns.
Fairly good firerate (6 seconds aced), maneuverable and practically immune to ammunition being hit. A fairly chunky broadside of 10 shells per salvo with the added benefit of people not knowing how to fight british cruisers equates to it being frustratingly tanky for those who keep aiming empty space.
Only downside is the guns struggle against more heavily armored adversaries like Hippers, Pr68s and the like but can’t have everything.
Ground RB:
Japan - Type 60 SPRG & Ho-Ri Production
Germany - Waffentrager & Flakpanzer 341
Britain - Vickers M1 & Falcon & Fox
Russia - BTR82 & PT76-57
China - Type 69 & WZ305
M60A3 TTS
i just love fat pattons bro
For ground: The Churchill Crocodile, very fun it is, not too good though.
For air: The A21RB, always an enjoyable match with that plane.
For naval: The RN Leonardo Da Vinci, its simply a beast and ye cant play it without a smile.
a plane with a big gun. or the sd.kfz 234/3, great mobility, meh gun. just sneak up behind emeies and wait until they notice.
