F2P isn’t hard its just like a premium account but you have to play twice as much
More like 3-4x as much, premium vehicle bonuses stack additively with premium time, snd double activity time bonuses while in one.

No I prefer ground for grinding sl. Rp gain is worse than in arb but for grinding silverlions I prefer ground whether its prem or not. I never got over 100k sl in a normal plan and its pretty hard to get in a prem plane aswell even with 5 kills and 20 min match.
I do pretty much all my SL grinding in naval, 300k+ per match is fairly normal for me (though premium time at least)
It probably takes more time for me getting used to naval than just playing ground. At the end of the day for long term sl you need to have fun with the vehicel/s you using. If you prefer naval then go on. If you prefer air… Its your choice
Yeah, that is true, ASB and NRB are my thing so anything is easy to grind in them
I love to play premium grb lineups and with them 150k every match in 15 min is usual. Its enough for me although I don’t need as much sl because I got the CCVL just yesterday and I won’t waste anymore sl on the stuff XD

You are asking without spending real money. I assume premium account and verhicles is out of question because is spending real money on it. The only way to get more silverlions are using free silver boosters and playing rank 1 and rank 2 verhicles.
the most time efficient solution might be to make money IRL and spend it on premium instead of grinding free-to-play all the way to the end.
without paying, use wagers and play a lot
I do have 2 premium vehicles from Gaijin… Both in the tech tree i do not play at all, The US tier 1 M2a4 (1st Arm Div) and the Japanese SB2C-5 at Tier 3
