I currently have a problem: I need Silverlion. I have made it to the top tier, but my Silverlion is never catching up. Give me some good tips.

The fact you even made it too top tier F2P is impressive.
Ground economy sucks for SLs generally, with air and naval being more consistant earners. Maybe try naval?
Though you might need to bite the bullet and just buy a cheap low BR premium aircraft or destroyer to grind with. The £5 ones are actually usually fairly good value

Are you playing Air, Naval or Ground?
Generally:
Arcade mode tends to give more SL but less RP, use orders and wagers that you think you can win and play safer instead of rushing for kills.
Edit:
Best tip long term; try for battlepass and event vehicles, if you get one and its upgrade coupon you can sell them for GJN that you then can use on premium time during sales.

Melt all your wagers, universal backups and orders except for 10x and 5x kill wagers. Play GRB which reduces those to half requirements
When playing with ground vehicles, you can remove upgrades that you may not use to save SL. its not a lot but over time it can save you lots of SL
Use the WB shop to get boosters for SL, also twitch drops for boosters. You can also buy low tier premium vehicles with the WB shop. This way you can play lower tiers with a free premium vehicle to add to your SL,
You can also turn off automatic replenish of ammo and repairs. It can be free repaired but it takes a long time but if you dont plan on being on for a bit you can use that to save some sl.
Play more conservative and to take less damage and stay alive.

Tip 1: Use the premium vehicles you get for free in battlepasses and buy some in the warbond shop 👍
Tip 1a: The USS Moffet is in this BP’s warbond shop and it’s known for being an SL printer
Tip 2: play the events, get cupons, sell said cupons on the gaijin market, use the GJN to buy premium time when on 50% discount (around halloween). Sometimes you can find good sales that can also get you a good amount of GE and/or dirt cheap good premium packs like the KV-1E pack they sold earlier this year.

You can also just not buy them to begin with. This is more applicable to planes, but it can be done easily in ground too.
It’s going to take forever I did bought alot of vehicles in the sale. But I must move on with my grinding, I have to purchase a specific amount of vehicle in order to countinue to the next rank.
I have finish most of it and will Simulator battle reduced too?

Ah, fair enough, then maybe try Bluewater naval. Once you get up to 4.3/4.7, the destroyers can make a half decent amount per match
Naval is a fairly good grinder for SL, it’s my main source though with a premium cruiser
Gaijin gave me a premium vehicle that i do not how to use the SB2C-5 in the Japanese tech tree. People are gonna laugh at me again if I play arcade battle.
If you are pure F2P your only real options are using event premiums, and… naval :(
the game is free to play, without any real P2W, but its 100% pay to not suffer.
A premium bluewater event boat is going to be something you really want to get your hands on, or one in the warbond shop. And LUCKY you the moffet is in the warbond shop.

I have 5.7 Light Crusiers and 5.3 Destoryers but don’t really know how to play them in the best way, The USSR Kirov and the Bravy
grind event vehicle and sell for gjn coins then use it to buy prem on sale or prem vehicle (depend on how much u can sell)

Use free booster to boost silver lions.
F2P isn’t hard its just like a premium account but you have to play twice as much
More like 3-4x as much, premium vehicle bonuses stack additively with premium time, snd double activity time bonuses while in one.
