STARTER NOTE: examples are based on the winter war.

Hello everyone
With infantry touching the horizon, a concept which I always wanted to see could come -
Combined arms monthly super-game
The main idea is fairly simple and obvious:
each month, out of a fixed BR bracket option, one will be chosen, and for that month there will be a constant running match with a major objective that should be reached by the end.
It has many possibilities for extra content, such as leaderboard based prizes, special objective prizes, extreme long cooldown and maps of sizes unseen before.
It is hard and complicated to implemented but this is just in theory, not a full suggestion.
The Battle
There is potential here for historical battles, but tact should be used accordingly - a battle of Kharkiev when the situation is still unfolding would be insensitive and simply put “uncool”, same goes for something like the Israeli invasion of south Lebanon and so on.
On the contrary, there are some historical battles that could be really interesting, or even wars, but they ,once again, shouldn’t be too “fresh”.
There are many ways to implement it, such as, for example, a multifront.
Lets say instead of choosing your spawn on a 500x500 map, you choose your front of the Winter war - maybe you go on to defend Karelia, maybe you are advancing to St. Petersburg, maybe you are throwing molotoves on incoming BT-5s and singing Säkkijärven Polkka around a campfire to explode Soviet landmines - to point is while there is a single, final objective, it isn’t simply “reach X” or “destroy Y”, it is a broad, range of tasks that reach one final objective.
As to the sides, it should be as historical or realistic as possible, but some “what ifs” could be interesting.
For example, Italy helping the Soviets isn’t a great idea, China taking a side isn’t bad but also not optimal, but lets say our historical “what if” is that Churchill listened and agreed to Field Marshal Baron Carl Gustaf Mannerheim and supported the Finns throughout the wars - thus the Nazis would be less likely to align with Finland and maybe another front that then could be fought prior would be the Norwegian-Finnish front, where maybe then the Soviets and the allies align with Finland and then the order of the battle changes drastically.
The point being:
- We love Mannerheim.
- Logic should be used.
Needless to say, the same goes for BR, there shouldn’t be a Finnish Leo2a6 fighting T34s and T14 Aramatas, unless, the idea behind the battle is “what if Russia invaded Finland today” .
Combined arms
Arguably the biggest point of this is to see a true Land-Sea-Air battle.
The previously mentioned front-choosing allows for instead of a forced battle objective for all arms, multiple coexit.
Air divisions might go on to bomb soviet air bases, ground divisions might be tasked with holding down the Mannerheim line, and Naval divisions, which are a little more flexible, might go on to coastline soviet cities or provide intelligence, which is my next point:
Completely new gameplay for vehicles that are made for it
As you might know, many vehicles in War Thunder have a purpose that isn’t needed in War Thunder, the most common being intelligence, which has been requested and challenged for a while.
For example, while playing the Air division, your objective could be to gather intel about armored forces advancing to given coordinates, it isn’t a required task, but a minor one that upon completing you get rewarded and you give your team advantage.
Same goes for true artillery, bombing raids, sabotage divisions and many more!
Cool rewards
Many new progress rewards could be made, combined with systems like a leaderboared.
For example, the player who destroyed the most tanks could get a unique title and tank, or the person who destroyed a major objective could get an immense reward, (IMMENSE GAIJIN NOT 30K SL).
Lets say for example you play a sniper in the ground Infantry division, if you get the most kills, or end with the highest K/D you could get a title Simo Häyhä, it adds to the motivation of doing well, and since you can play whatever you can ground whatever and exit whenever!
Well many more points could be made but this isn’t a suggestion (My real suggestion is in the works on a 12 pages word draft that goes in detail to a lot) but i wanted to see public opinion first, i hoped you enjoyed and if there is support I will complete the draft and release the YT video.
