So i’ve recently unlocked the Jaguar and was excited to test the missiles but … are they meant to be absolute trash or am I doing something wrong ?
So far they’ve only been useful againt light tanks thx to overpressure but how is it possible that they always hit ennemy tanks on the worst possible spots ?
Killed dozens of commanders, destroyed some breaches and even radiators but how can you actually destroy a tank with those missiles ?
Its funny how the LMUR, being kinda new, got the top attack angle day 1. Not like it even needs it bc of the big TNT warhead, HEAT atgms are the ones that need it most.
Yup, they buffed Relikt, not like they needed to since ERA has been broken since forever. My tinfoil hat theory is that they buffed it because BA-11 with 1400 mm of pen was making Ivan and his friends suffer in their T-80BVM.
Roll the dice and hope they hit something good. Only Russia gets big HE F&F missiles so everyone else has to gamble on their HEAT missiles hitting something vital.
I don’t remember the specifics of how gaijin programmed the F&F missiles, but I do remember that they will go for a random module of the tank you locked on to. This includes external stuff like tracks and optics. Then there is also a degree of error or drift that makes the missile hit in the general area of the module it locked on to. So you can get a missile that manages to miss a tank sitting still in an open field. Really annoying. That’s before even mentioning the totally incorrect top attack profile that is barely realistic.
I think on the release of the earliest F&F missiles that didn’t overpressure (probably PARS3, Maverick missiles usually overpressured when they weren’t bugged) they would just fly to center mass, but Gaijin nerfed that a very long time ago.
