Mitsubishi F-2

I don’t think so. You can just move to get away. Kh-38 are much stronger IMO

The AASMs are IR with IOG backup in game.

But not actually used in real. MRM is allowed based on existing connectors. It is not historical that only one of MRM and ASM is permitted.

Oh really? So not just the J/AAQ-2?

So this is it, right? The basis for ASM is that you can see that in STA-5/7?

If ASM-2 can lock onto ground units, it’ll be another “OP missile”.
Granted the new SPAA should entirely end all IR ASMs from being OP and instead balanced to difficult to use.

We already have ARH Anti Ship missiles. They were capable of locking ground targets, but now they are pretty useless

Mediocre AA loadout, and 60 countermeasures (probably just 30 pops). Garbage.

It should be 120.

Also, Woah, the F-2 has ME on the dev server, it just didn’t in the dev streams. Actually surprised how little i’m going to have to bug report.

With 120 (60 pops on double drop), not great but serviceable. If it gets a rafale like radar I can see it being a decent 13.7.

If not, It will be bottom of the barrel, considering the poor top speed and only 4x ARH. The better low-speed energy retention won’t be a big deal in most scenarios.

And its barely faster than a F-18C

It’s just not an air RB plane. It’ll be good in ground RB at okay at air RB. In ground RB, outside of actually doing some CAS, you can make use of that excellent manueverability

The thing is it can’t really do CAS right now…

If it’s 13.0 in GRB it WON’T be good with all these new AAs
