This is dumb tho. I had my Italian Typhoon spaded, then they gave it C-5, and even tho the total required RP to spade the vehicle stood the same, I had to research it. This needs a change imo.
Same, It’s a shame the F-2 doesn’t get HMD. Surprising people with HOBS was one of my favorite things to do.
Then again, that really tall ACM mode isn’t too bad at getting a HOBS lock.
For me it’s a complete upgrade as I primarily play ground RB. Having the option to take a few ground weapons to CAS or be essentially the ultimate CAP machine to protect the skies is great and gives a lot of flexibility

If it wasn’t bugged, it would be great. But it still randomly locks onto something that’s not even on my screen and definitely not in the ACM cone.

I’m really looking forward to this tbh. I don’t have the Type-10 yet, or the LJDAM mods on the F-2, but those LJDAM-ERs look like a ton of fun.
until you face an IRIS-T SLM and they all get shot down…

Not everything, out of all the new SPAAs, only the IRIS-T SLM came out without any major bugs or inaccuracies.

I wish we had a model with the only difference being no AAM-4s. Playing top tier air is horrible and even if you just want a CAS plane for GRB, it’s still right at the top.

Same. The F-2A ADTW is pretty nifty and definitely one of the best 13.0, but it’s lack of LJDAM makes it kinda meh at CAS, and the only radar missiles being 7Ms isn’t pleasant either.

I don’t struggle with the F-2 at all and often find myself among the top of the match, so idk.
Well I did say “major”. It works, it shoots down planes, bombs and missiles with ease. Compare it to SPYDER, CS/SA5 or Tan-SAM kai.
I’m okay with 7Ms, the price and no LJDAMs ruins it for me. And since it’s 13.0 it could/should have been added alongside F-16C or shortly after.

I’ve surprisingly never had issues with the ACM mode, but I’ve had practice I guess from the AJ. Surprised to see so many people having issues.
Yea it’s nice. I tend to use GPS on them to take out SPAAs before focusing on ground targets to lase.
I usually scout them with the sniper pod and then I go in for a long range rocket barrage that floods their radar but also takes them out from range
