Yeah, saw it today. Just one hit from F-14 with slightly yellow wing and I’m spinning into the ground with no chance to recover.

it gets worse in sim, a tiny tap = plane is unrecoverable (even without damage + SAS Damping)

You know, i find the implementations of the ASMs as hilarious, with them requiring a radar lock to launch. Considering they’re literally LOAL only weapons. And like, AGMs are the one thing in game where LOAL has been fully functional for a while. But they still made it require a lock to launch unlike every other AGM. Its so silly.

They can’t really hit normal ground targets anyway. So just use the SEA mode, everything on the sea surface will pop up then.
Am I doing something wrong or what? I noticed that enemy aircraft closer than around 10km just refuse to pop up on J/APG-2 no matter their heading or altitude.
J11B currently is NOT under’brd and should only go to 14.0 if it somehow gets upgrades such as better radar like in the J11BG and/or more missiles

I noticed the sniper TGP thermal was fixed but uhhhh is this gen 1 thermals?

(keep in mind I cant replicate the zoom states between the three aircraft since they have different levels of zoom, but the Sniper TGP is noticably more blurry)

Can the F2A ADTW get like the Weakest ARH at least ? I mean AAM3 is an amazing IR missile and all but AIM 7M is a bit lack luster since it’s SARH, Or can we at least get HMD to make locking on easier ?

is the wing size on the F-2 model ingame correct? i was going through some pictures on the internet and the trapezoidal wing doesn’t extend past the “white” area on the trailing edge area of the wing root?
so because it flies well it’s not gonna get ARH missiles, but since the 13.7 is the same plane just with AAM4 it’s 13.7 ?
so even if we give it the worst AIM120 there is it’s still gonna be more than 13.0 just because it flies well for it’s BR? some planes have ARH on 13.0 tho
