Ah, the good old “This Alpha Jet has the same name as the other so it must be identical!” treatment, where the Thai had an upgraded engine but the same thrust?
I hope Gaijin don’t just reskin/rename the GBU-8 and throw it onto the T-2.

Personally I’d want the GCS-1 to be as accurate as possible, Since it’s really interesting and a nice new thing for japan. It’s own niche you could say, Rather than mostly copy paste
However, we are no stranger to gaijin cutting corners, which is why I suggested it could operate like the GBU-8 if they REALLY wanted to cut corners
No its actually not, ive tested it literally yesterday and:
1: it could properly be launched without a lock
2: it doesnt like to track targets at all, being effectively broken.
How can you test a bomb thats in the live server files, but not fitted on anything?
also What are you referring to on this?
not implemented yet </3
damn you gaijin
Doesnt the F-1 have a better thrust rate with n without AB?
Community Bug Reporting System Referring to this
Same way the other person did, i copied its stats onto a user model for testing in custom missions.
interesting
Static thrust is not installed thrust, as Mod said.
I guess with some sprucing up/finally putting some more work into it to make it operate correctly
Whats the difference (´ー`)
iirc Static Thrust is the engine by itself, Installed Thrust includes the airframe and the actual jet itself
Ooooo, thanks for explaining
Static thrust: the laboratory test thrust, carried out without the engine being installed in an airframe.
Installed thrust: actual thrust when installed in an airframe, i.e. engine now affected by things like channel loss.
Thanks for explaining :D, I was gunna ask what they meant but they closed the post in haste
Wasn’t it 1 second to stabilize, then 3 more seconds to activate the seeker? Or does seeker activation start immediately when dropped?
It starts immediatly when dropped.
He also confirmed that such features don’t produce a substantial difference between the PESA radars in game which is extremely incorrect and we also had the entire bit about AESA radars supposedly not having a vastly superior scan rate to PESA and mechanical radars, which they do IRL.
I do not find his statements to be founded in truth for a myriad of items present in WT especially after the entire MANPADS debacle.
