1st, Helis can not get mitl abilities, they are utterly broken. They can reload immediatly and forever while spaas have limited ammunition
If you are going that way you might as well add it to all nations and not just Russia and select spike users (USA has spikes and the red wolf but of course there are not getting added anytime soon, wonder why)
2nd. Russia again receives the best missile in the game for harms . kh31 should not be added (Can ruzsia go one time without getting the best equipment? one time?)
3rd. Make radars able to switch their bands, and add missing bands to modern radars

because both russia and china have other ARMs being added that dont have as game breaking of performance
and if you mean russia, its not even as necessary because at least in ground RB russia rarely faces russian AA

If the goal is to nerf russia cas, removing the kh31 instead of kh38mt from su30sm is not the way to go

the point is that they are the nation that needs ARMs by far the least at top tier
and other nations lacking a weapon type in the past has not been a reason for the weapons to not be added, this is commonly referred to as asymmetrical balancing (at least when its a nation other than russia that lacks something or is clearly worse at something)
it’s not russia’s fault that the US didn’t make a ramjet ARM

not sure by that, as far as i know, same thing happened with the us with them getting Fox 3 missile before everyone else. but quite a lot of time. 2 years before the fox 3 update ( seek & destroy ).
why should it be apllied to only certain nation, we could’ve just lets usa with no fox 3 as it didnt need them when it got f14 slinging aim54 at mig21 and 23 at that time.
i am okay with the option of looking for a better weapon for balance but you just dont even try, just saying * yeah just remove the whole thing idc *

are you trying to argue that they shouldnt add significantly weaker weapons before they add much stronger ones?
for the majority of that time AIM54 was not the best radar missile in the game despite being ARH vs SARH of others

the russian tree is already getting ARMs that are balanced with what other nations are, in addition to the one that is much better than any other missile in the game

You’re also seeing problems everywhere; all modern ARMs that enter the fray reach their top speed and maintain it for about 30 km. no one’s going to fire an ARM at 100 km, don’t worry they’re easy targets, as shown in the screenshot, for any anti-air
no they dont unless you are launching from unrealistic altitudes and speeds
with reasonable launch parameters
by the time have flown 20km they already have lost 0.7-0.8 Mach
And even so, isn’t 20 km enough for you? It’s literally a useless feature it’s like when the Russians said the AIM-54 is broken because it has a range of 200 km

if you notice HARM loses about 0.5 mach within 15km
which is already a very relevant range in ground RB
where even 20km is within the threat range of most SAMs
and this is on top of not reaching as high of a speed as KH31
