I think they just removed the map from the game actually saying there was a bug on it. Some speculate a bug where you could go under ground and shoot upwards still.

Hi, does anyone know which property/action controls the map scale in ground battles?
Currently it looks like the air battle map (as if I’m flying)
I want it to match the normal ground battle scale

Its not possible to change the map scale in “avg” or “avn” maps for tank and naval units. They are locked to their little area. Though you could use actions to make it even smaller, or funnel players. Planes arent locked unless you use the action “MissionBattleArea” and check “air”, “airMapArea” and use either “killArea” or “killOutOfBattleArea”. The second option creates the battleground, the first creates blocked off areas. You can also lock tank and naval units with this same trigger.

I know only about this one (see bottom left corner). Also, it should be adjusted to match real time.

Yep, thats the one. Tried missionsettimeindictor but does not count down. Any suggestions on how you get it to work? :)

You need to add action that subtracts “1” every second from var. Also, missionsettimeindictor should be run after complete (checkbox).
By changing time for PeriodicEven and Wait you can adjust the time flow.

Does anyone know how to make AI tanks actually use their autocannons and MGs? I’ve gotten them to fire single shots with delays. I’ll send the single-player mission BLK if asked, it’s just that it has many features that the ordinary CDK cannot see, I’d recommend using VSCODE or Notepad to inspect its code.
In other news, I found out a while ago that now literally every spaa can intercept munitions. I mean everything. When I was doing a custom event with my Vietnam mission I had the chinese t-34 with the top mounted mg intercept player Walleye bombs. I also had the chinese t-34 spaa intercept them as well. Pretty annoying, really wished they didnt just globally update the AI with this feature. It shouldve just been all SACLOS spaa and select ir and radar tracking spaa.
How do I decode/encode .grp files?
