You need all the CMs as the RWR is garbage.
Terrible FM for dogfights, even a phantom slaps it.
Costs real £££ for one of the worst planes around… has 1 trick which if you just dont give the f1c your ass … its completly useless.

Well that’s how it is, there are pros and cons. If you play it for its strengths, it can do pretty well. The flight model is fine imo as long as you dont overcommit and arent out of position, yes it loses speed and recovers it slower below 700km/h but if you avoid getting yourself in such situations you are fine.
I don’t go on dogfights against Mig-21s for example. The F-4 aren’t that much of a problem to be honest, they are flying buses.
Yes the radar missile sucks but I take the gun pods instead.
The RWR is shit, but all I need is just a warning I am being tracked/something is fired and I’ll look to the general direction, the bountiful CMs take care of the rest.
I got it half price, definitely worth it, I grinded almost the entirety of the french tree with it.
Edit: I have to admit, that my performance with it is due to really sweating with it at times and locking in hard. An 11.7 BR for it would also be reasonable, but hardly anything below it. The JH-7 at 11.3 is somewhat similar with the 2x magic 2s but on paper it seems to have much worse FM, with almost twice the weight, less max speed.
