Apparently they are planned not implemented atm
For those playing in the dev server, how are MICAs doing?
Pretty good but going after chaffs
well, that’s a shame, it’s one of the iconic features of Mirage 2000, but if they keep the 8 Missile Loadout, I don’t mind about it, it will have better competitiveness.
Literally Fox-3 R-73, I can get an off-bore sight kill and really makes Soviet Fighter thinks twice before engaging me. But my caveat is, does MICA really needs to wobble to fly itself to the target? I think it makes MICA lose a quiet amount of energy because of this wobble. Also sometimes the missile just launch itself to the air despite I try to guide it through TWS, is it also normal or a bug?
Btw as your Alpha strike dev server reports about MICA could have fell into shadows between the two update will you consider asking some tech mods if they reports you submitted still are actively watched by gaijin? Because the fact many people report inaccuracies in other Fox3s maakes me think it might cast shadow onto your premade reports for MICA EM hence why it still has issues from Alpha strike Dev Serv ARH test imo.
FoV reduction incorrectly modeled for all missiles with IFOV (including Magic 2)

It’s a known bug for every thrust vectoring missiles in game.
MICA IRL is very stable :
Currently I’m only really looking into the previous reports regarding MICA’s wobbling and being unstable. That’s the biggest issue at the moment imo.
Yeah i meant those ones in priority, i don’t think it’s worth to ping mods on the flames or rreduced smoke atm. Gotta make it stable first.
Mirage 2000’s flight instructor too restrictive

Sadly there is still issue with the radar.
PD radar pick up on chaff even on head-on. Which can make the Mica (even more problematic on others fox 3) miss sometimes on head-on situation. Can be more easier to reproduce against other Fox 3.
- Devserv not final but it seems they didnt included this new “mechanics” on Mirage 2000-5f (timestamp at 26:10)
Normaly Mirage 2000-5F should have this too, because even the 2000C-S5 with S530D have normaly this “time to target” (showed on the HUD IRL) feature.
This feature would be very useful in Air SIM and even in air rb (less impactful in RB) at medium long range.
I will def investigate this issue and make a report if I find one.
Although only get reduced by literal 0,05 (which I thought it was too small). I have tested it; I must say now Magic 2 have “Pseudo” Off-Bore Sight capabilities. I can’t imagine if Magic 2 have its full capabilities.
Now that separate chaff and flare release binds are on dev
Did anyone report the Spirale dispensers for M2000C-S5, M2000-5F, M2000D and M4000?
Yes, the reports are open. Was this modeled for every aircraft besides the Mirages? or are there other aircrafts with reports open that haven’t been modeled yet?
My bad
For some reason I thought I read somewhere that Tornado IDS variants got insane amount of chaff because of the way the pod is configured
weird…
Yeah the tornadoes in the ground attack config had 1200 Chaff total and 56 Flares (split between 2 pods)
What’s up with the FM change on the mirage ? (On the last datamine) Where does this come from
