Since everyone started posting what might be leaks, I hope we get a new MiG29 soon, especially a Mor K variant, I’m tired of flankers as I feel this will be the only plane USSR will get while everyone has fun with their new toys…

Like ID said, depends on the variant, but if we’re talking about the 9.15 then the upgrades make up for the lack of good rwr, against airplanes of its era (1990s) it’ll be more than enough.
9.15 156 has the L-150 pastel
