MiG could’ve just add this later because it was the most modern version of Kh-29 at the time of OVT. Origianl 9.15 was at the time of regular Kh-29T i think. Although gaijin has their “technical compatibility” rule
2 last airworthy 9.15 airframes, 156 and 154. Does anyone knows what happened to 155?
I feared this day would happen
I still don’t like the newer forum
155 was completed faster than 154, so i think it was the most ‘tested on’ (172 flights) airframe and then ‘retired’
I saw a claim awhile ago that 155 was completely rebuilt in to one of the first 9.41 prototypes, although this is completely unverified so don’t take it to seriously
I wish there was a book like Gordon’s but about modern versions of Fulcrums.
you know he has a 2019 version with chapters about the modern ones?

If I did I wouldn’t said what I said. Now I only need to find it
That gave me an idea… I’m leaving the UK soon, so I thought I should order it while I still can.
Well, nevermind.
Maybe a physical copy of his MiG-21 edition?
Yikes
What the hell
Even if they didn’t print enough copies, I don’t think they should cost that much in used condition
may aswell find the entire book online, print it and make the book yourself atp
Looks like it’s not that easy, but I’ll keep looking
Can you provide the original photo?
Sure, I think it’s from MAKS 2011 if I remember right, have to double check tho

You probably can’t use it to bug report the 156 9.15 cause this is much more modern than 156 that we have in game
I honestly love the fact that translator failed to translate Пушка and just typed it in with english letters

you know, all this shitshow around R-60 and R-73 on early MiGs could’ve been solved by gaijin giving them K-14 with stats close to something like AIM-9P-4 or AIM-9L
thx
Probably so.
In any case, such a photo would not be superfluous in the collection
