yeah, but also at the same time for both 741 and 747 which were never intended for India to carry the tarang rwr doesn’t make alot of sense? As both these were supposedly intended for Syria but they were never delivered
no, both 961 and 967 were built from airframe 941 and 947 MiG-29K/KUB prototypes

Another interesting thing about indian 29K is that i can’t find frontal Tarang antennas. There is a chance that they are inside LERX compartments, ofc, but on Su-30MKI they are located externally, in the same place where L-150 antennas are on SM

Anyone has good photos of 9-15 airframes? Outside of the ones with OVT in demonstration livery. I am trying to find a good look at the places where end of the fuselage connects with the end of the tail
Gaijin placed there small triangle bits that look like radiotransparent covers for some antennas. I want to know if they are present on the original 9.15 airframes
I know that such compartments do exist on 9.13 airframes and they are for ECM antennas.
But 9.15 has additional comparments right below rudders, so i want to know if it is just a common Gaijin L when it comes to liveries or details on 3D models, or those compartments do exist on 9.15 as well
