Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-29 Fulcrum - History, Design, Performance & Dissection (Part 2)

China simply does not sell its actual venicle in most cases if it is used(ZTZ-99 series, J-20, PL-17, HQ-20 and so on)

That’s just cope lol, countries just bought the better jet for their needs. If what you say is true then Su-27 would also have much less sales

US doesn’t have a heavy fighter competitor to Su-27

Wouldn’t this be the F-15?

I mean, it’s exported much less, the F-16 is the primary U.S. fighter export (and has more exports than the Flankers).

J-10’s,Z-10’s might wanna have word with you.

I don’t think this is comparable to how other countries treat exports

In terms of design - yeah, probably. But not in terms of export. I think US only sold F-15 to countries where they had a lot of interest already, unlike Su-27

*Two MiG-23 slapped together. [cue that abysmal meme about it areal K/D ratio]

If I’m not mistaken the Chinese J-8 series of aircrafts are related to it.

Also Flagon and Boeing 747 next update :)

china never got their hands on it, you can also see that if you look a early J-8´s

Early J-8s are like a child of J-6 and J-7

i dont know tbh, didnt even notice it until you pointed it out

i think its just camera tweaking a bit in combination with the worn down paint making it look like that

paint wouln’t make that very pronounced step on the “chin line” so it must be camera glitch, or actual airframe changes
