It seems that if we get the AESA Zhuk in the MiG-35 we’ll be losing out on quite a bit of Gimbal.

As long as Gaijin keeps the current radar working system like that then yes but still AESA with detailed NCTR is much better when it comes to situational awareness.
Combining with R77-1/77M+R74M2 it will be amazing at 14.0/14.3.

I am alternating between navy blue and grey ones most of the time (including 9.41) but for Chinese Flankers grey is all the way in.
i would love some more coloured liveries for Su-27 as well, there are some very cool ones shown in the books

Even though the brochures I’ve seen so far omit R-27s from the MiG-35, here’s every pic I’ve found of the MiG-35 with R-27s.

These last two I’m not sure if they’re MiG-35s due to the angle. But I’m pretty sure they are.
(I’m pretty confident on this first one since it has the weird thing under the intake like the other MiG-35 photos)

this seems to be a Mig-35
it looks like it has the blue “Mig-35” text below the cockpit and it has the OLS-K under the intake which as far as iam aware is only compatible with the 35

I think it is.
I just got into an argument (Someone said it was AI since the outermost R-77 on the right side is missing 2 fins) and I found out that other pics also had the 2 missing fins.
(They also can’t be AI. Too old for that)
So far it seems like MiG-35 has only been spotted with R-27s in this one photoshoot. :/
should be more than enough for gaijin tho
since it is not a ground display

Apparently these pics might be on Migs old website, according to Balta.
I’m gonna go hunting for them, and post a link if I find anything.
He also mentioned that Zhuk-AE is compatible with R-27s.

It’s a big missile, needs plenty of food.

One thing to note is that every single photo that you found is 9.15D MiG-35, not 9.41SR
