Well, naval wing has 0.5G less limit than 9.15. We also don’t have any confirmation about 8x R-77s on them as well (9.31 is technically different airframe with slightly different wing design). And let’s not forget that Russian composites make stuff heavier in gaijins eyes so 9.41 will probably be even heavier than 9.31
