Indian airframes on photos there are equipped with TopSight. But gaijin doesn’t give export stuff to domestic airframes most of the time
Can’t we pull a rafale here?
Indian export Rafale C F3s use HMD while the French ones do not
The French one was tested with HMD as well iirc
Thats is a good point, I didn’t know about difference between export and domestic Rafales. Although gaijin might pull J-11 card and say 9-41 != 9-41R @Balta779517-live wanna try it?
having it on a photo on a 9.47R KUBR wasnt good enough for them to add it to the 9.41R KR, even tho it is the exact same jet with only a extra fuel tank on the single seater
That sucks

Unless you got russian sources from india xd
While on topic of KUB can someone explain what is that ‘opening’ part on the fuselage right after wing slat?

I haven’t been provided with red circles
the flap above 51?
I specifically searched for photos of the MiG-29KR using TopSight-E, and so far I have not found a clear public photo showing aMiG-29KR with the pilot wearing the Thales TopSight-E helmet. The strong photo that exists is of the MiG-29KUB “52 blue,” so it does not work if they require strictly the KR.
But this russian web mentions that the Russian contract TopSight-E included MiG-29K/MiG-29KUB aircraft, designated MiG-29KR/MiG-29KUBR
Yea
Krueger flap. Creates additional lift
i mean we have this, which you also attached to the report

and guess what company makes the TopSight
and then there is also this

we believe this is a marketing lie

You must be mixing up 9.31 with 9.41
yeah you are right

Also clearly a third party source that couldn’t be trusted smh
How did they even refute this source?

Maybe ping the admin like how Balta pinged and got his Thaled reopened?
