The rest is fearmongering of a slow missile, range you mention is simply the distance limit it can fly before it explodes even if it has enough battery to hit longer ranges. It doesn’t affect flight model. Maximum speed is value of 5.7 Mach is simply a stat card figure. It doesn’t affect flight model.. Diameter got reduced by 1mm, AoA buffs AANd

So now it takes longer to reach the target and when it does it does so slower. The old model got there in 63.2 seconds at M2.18 and no 69.7s at M1.89.

IF anything, launchh your ERs early on and as the F14s will be a guiding the phoenix a good amount of time, you’ll be able to hit them! easy kill, ill do that with sparrows too

Its fine. They havent buffed the seeker resistance to chaff or multipath, if anything now its easier to multipath given the explosive and fuze range nerf.
If they give its realistic motor then i will tell you that it should be raised but they nerfed its engines with some nonsense numbers right now so its going to be an even slower missile than it was.

Fakour is still much better yeah, it doesnt pull as much but its ttg is insanely quick.
Meant to be a GPS variant but since all Kh-38s features GPS already it probably got scrapped
