Yeah you can’t take anything too serious from secondary sources like mig-29 encolcypedias.
But gl finding anything official about mig-29m.
Even FOIA docs get stuff wrong about mig-29m

It has higher soft aoa limit than su-27 irl true (24 vs 28 aoa) but better than it at high speeds comes from what?

The only advantage the mig-29 really has is top speeds at low altitudes.
Absolute top speed at high altitude is the same between su-27 and mig-29
Premium flankers going to 13.7 is not a matter of decompression but of common sense, they should be there in the first place.

1100-1300 - 6s
Gaijin is incapable of making it correct at any speed
its not overperforming
it just must rip at 11-12g instantly
like i said before, in the game everything is the opposite of reality

check the jf17 - mig is not tuned
- ef is overperforming shit

9-15 has advantage at all sukhoi family at all speeds
even in instant turning
- the limit is 28 for regular 9-12
- they both limited by roll feedback

but in su27 it occurs earlier and more pronounced at extreme angles
mig29 can fly up to 40deg aoa
su27 is also shit from vortex gas dynamics
- su27 has probably lower Cy/Cx then 9-15 and 9-41
- mig have much more TWR
- mapo using vortexes, sukhoi is not (su27 due to bad calculations have problems by vortexes)
