There have been cases of an F-4 surviving a 12G pull, an F-15 making it back to base with half its wing blown off, an F-35 got hit by SAM and doesn’t immediately explode. Does that mean they can do it every time? Nope. Those are extraordinary, one in a million cases. An exception to the rule shouldn’t be treated as a common occurrence.

Context, it is very important. None of the aircrafts you mentioned were overbuilt because they are made out of material that was rarely used in aircraft production, none of them were put trough USSR tests that at the time didn’t even tried to push airframes to its limit, to, well, know this limit. MiG-25 was tested to withstand PVO demands of 5Gs and that was it.
Actually, aircraft’s ultimate limits are always higher than their safety limit in the flight manual, Mig-25 is not the exception. Aircraft are always overbuilt compared to the requirement because they can’t risk losing hundred millions USD machine just because the pilot accidently passed the safety limit. Human make mistake.
And do you really think every other aircraft is tested all the way to its absolute breaking point, until the airframe literally comes apart in the air? Not necessarily. Structural testing is primarily conducted to demonstrate that the aircraft meets its specified design requirements and safety margins. Knowing the exact point at which the airframe catastrophically fails is not the same thing as establishing its certified operating limit. Besides, an exception to the rule should not be treated as common occurrence. F-35 survive a direct hit from SAM once does not mean it automatically immune to AAM. Similarly, one singular case where Mig-25 doesn’t immediately break up after 11 G pull once does not mean you can always do that. Sometime you are lucky, sometime you aren’t. Moreover, we don’t even know how long the pull last or how heavy the aircraft was when they did that. All we know is that the aircraft survived the maneuver but had to be written off afterward. What if it can survive 11G for 1 second but break at 2 seconds? how do Gajin even implemented that?.

I remember reading that Mig-31 is tested with towed decoy back in 2007, was it ever implemented?
what USSR aircraft has to do with millions of USD? Drawing parallels between 2 different countries, their aircraft development and testing is incredibly short-sighted.
change it to Ruble as you will, it the same thing. It common practice to build aircraft so that their ultimate limit is higher than operational limit.

Common practice is different for every country, you can’t say that MiG-25 is overbuilt to the exact same level as F-4 or F-35 or whatever other aircraft you can bring from your memory. This is why this comparison has very little sense
Would be about damn time, but unfortunately Gaijin probably considers it a super special jet that can’t be added in an update that isn’t the December one.
I have hopes that it randomly appears in the teaser too, but that’s like high amounts of copium on my end.

Well, do you have any absolute evidence to show that Mig-25 were over built to greater extend compared to F-4, F-14, F-15, F-35 …etc?. If your evidence is only that one Mig-25 in one singular case didn’t break into 1000 piece after 11G pull then F-4 once survive 12G pull too. F-35 even took a direct hit from a SAM and survive.
Again, pilot got luck once should not be treated as common occurrence

The burden of proof rests on the one who asserts, not on the one who denies. Otherwise, I can just make up random stuff and demand people to prove that it wrong.

When will MiG-31 get the R77M pylons I wonder?
I honestly wonder if it even need R-77M to begin with… (plus I doubt there is enough frames and desire to conduct another deep modernization, because Im damn sure nobody gonna put money for only pylons without some additional stuff, which is… dubious for the aircraft like MiG-31 to begin with)
I don’t think you understand how the burden of proof works. The person making a positive claim has to support it; no one is required to prove a negative. You claimed that the MiG-25 is way overbuilt compared to the F-4, F-35, F-15, or any other U.S. fighters. That means you need to prove it. I don’t have to prove that it isn’t.By the same logic, if I say “I’m a god” the burden is on me to demonstrate it. You don’t have to prove that I’m not.
With that being said, I already show you that Mig-25 is not the only aircraft where ultimate limit is greater than operational limit
