Would just like to chime in and say that the F-15C is underperforming in low speed sustained turn by gaijins own admission. They just don’t think it’s “critical” and so don’t care to fix it. That’s the official statement at least, I’ve heard other reasons from trustworthy sources. As for the cartwheeling stuff yeah, that goes for many other jets ingame. It’s not something unique to the F-15, it’s just wonky gaijin physics, which you touched on

Hopefully they fix it soon, I remember them refusing to buff the Su-27 turn rate a long time ago for the same reason.

Yes actually, a couple bug reports have already been made and accepted about it, just waiting for Gaijin to nuke the flight model

for example at 5000 ft the 18e only takes around 22 seconds to accelerate ingame instead of 50
and straight line top speed might also be slightly too high

On the same token the F-5E outperforms the real world F-20 and Gaijin also stated they don’t care to fix it because it is old. This is an arcade game, not a flight sim. You’re welcome to try DCS.

did some digging and looks like MLD should have SPO-15L/LM isntead of the basic SPO-15. but this is already known id imagined

Hornets are a real life aircraft too, they just happen to be in both DCS and War Thunder. Sorry for any confusion. The plane came first, then the game.
