Yep. We cope that export MiG-29M dispencers with 32 CM per pod will be deemed “technically compatible”, otherwise it will be a very short-range aircraft indeed.

Had no idea the stats on it were that bad now.
Seems really weird. in my experience, they are excellent supression platforms. I think about 75% of the games I get in end up (evening crowd who are better players) result in spawn camp swarm of these.
In a hull down its incredibly hard to approach even if I take the ammo out. My only other major gripe is they break tank barrels in a second - where as bradley or m1296 seem to be unable to reliably damage a barrel head on.
That said, it’s a cross between it’s a team issue and I feel like counter play options are limited. Maybe it just feels worse getting your barrel busted - or frontally penned by an autocannon frontally and having to sit there as you die vs. Just getting one or two tapped. Could be some psychology there.

Ah okay. They’ll still wipe light vehicles, but this might give mbts another second or so to respond before the main gun gets broken.
How big is the nerf though? I hate the bmpt, but I still think it needs to be an effective tool for those who play it.
Mig29k has like 32 CM without ‘Community Bug Reporting System’ this getting accepted, so its as effective as J15T…

if you stop shooting into the center of hull, you’ll FIND that Russian “armor” is boogeyman created by imagination of not very skilled and not very intellectual natoids which cannot aim at driver port or mantlet or turret forelock but cope about having most unnecessary zone stacked with armor on M1 which is definitely funny

Yeah looking at Yak-130 i doubt that.
Yak-130 gaijin wants at 9.0 so they use every excuse to justify it there. MiG-29K is already at the br where 32 CMs is very lacking, so there is a better chance of it happening

Not sure how vehicles being treated identically is “different”.
T-90M Arena M won’t even be a top 3 MBT.
USA has a far better ground lineup on live server, & is going to be even stronger next major.
Japan has identical CAS options as Soviets.
USA has similar CAS options.
& CAS doesn’t win matches, MBTs do.
Then your post claims Soviet teams being better means their tanks are better?
32 countermeasures isn’t a lot, & they’re not additional.
Mig-29K cannot be 14.3 in any situation, it’s at most F-15C MSIP II equivalent.
Man in the loop is death for planes, & a slight improvement for helicopters.

To be honest, I wouldn’t mind if the MiG29K had more countermeasures, as long as it could be applied to the J10C and J15T.
Id take the SMT over another meh29 with 35 CMs… not worth for 2 missiles
I wont even play 1 game in the j15t and that has 50cms or whatever.
War thunder 3000 vics, air ground, water and 2980 just cope. Games getting old, all my friends have quit over the year iv played and some played for 10 years.

On the day the publication was made, there were 92 CM
It’s legit effectively a Mig-29SMT with 2 more missiles, & stronger engines.
I’m going to spade it for naval fighter reasons, but yeah it’s just a 2x more missile Mig-29SMT with minor differences.
Fair for the number, but the 3D model usually comes before armament is fully programmed.

It’s a bit of a faulty logic. J-10C and J-15T have completely different dispencers, so they are out of the scope of MiG-29K topic. If they have technical compatibility with additional dispencers - sure, it would be great to give them as a buff of survivability. When it comes to 29K, dispencers exist, they are mounted on MiG-29s that are produced on same airframe as a basis and mounting seems to be identical.
