Because it was never fitted with Zhuk-AE. Another thing, unlike F-15C Golden Eagle, it can’t recieve 12 missiles and will be limited to 8. The only aircraft in this game that sits at 14.3 with 8 missiles and mechanical radar is Ufofighter. So, unless MiG-29K will feature similar (read broken) flight performane, full bubble RWR and 300 and something countermeasures - MiG-29K has no business being at the same battle rating. Even right now it is a sidegrade to Su-27SM at best

And? If someone wants a jet with more than 8 missiles they can use the Su-27SM or any one of the Su-30SMs.
It would, seeing as it could have the better R-77-1 missiles. That’s literally the only reason aircraft like the F-16CM PoBIT even with less missiles are 14.3 minimum that have access to AIM-120C-5. Putting it any lower because “muh aircraft not missile bus” despite having the better missiles would be unbalanced

SM2 at least has “sources” hinting on such configuration. By your logic we can just slam AN/APG-83 in MiG-29K.
This is a matter of overall aircraft capabilities, please re-read what I posted about Eurofighter. Just having R-77-1 and AESA radar doesn’t mean that it is balanced for 14.3
No it isn’t. PoBIT is significantly more capable than MiG-29K both in A2A and A2G. Su-30SM has 10 R-77-1 missiles, better radar than Zhuk-AE, more countermeasures and comparable flight performance (will probably beat MiG-29K once engine thrust will be corrected). Saying that both are equal in power and belong at the same br is laughable
