I don’t know… you can just look at its counterpart, the F-16, ingame it achieves realistic top speeds in a clean configuration, but the mig-29 surpasses that.
The flanker is overperforming to a larger extent though
F-16 in game also achieves AoA it shouldn’t have without breaking into unrecoverable flatspin

Same as most things, the MiG-29 can pull 90º aoa
But that isn’t really relevant to a match, unless you join a custom server of acrobatics to do ridiculous maneuvers with full controls and rolls that aren’t useful in the actual game

Absolute top speed also not really relevant in a match. You generally don’t want to be the first guy to get into a launch zone of the enemy. And if you want to notch - speeds above Mach 1.1-1.2 are less favourable
Difference is that MiG can recover from that. F-16 cannot

Forgot about that one, sometimes I am afraid of doing it unless I’m already below 800kph, I like to keep my wings to land. Optional for the euro canards, though.

I guess… but you need some altitude. It’s an inaccuracy, but a minor one compared to the top speeds, which are pretty straightforward, no pun intended.
Extra style points if you kill someone with Su-27 belly mounted missiles while being without wings

Never said that, that is a major one, but it isn’t outclassing everything.
Reminds me of the one time I was playing the J-10, I tab out and when I tab in again both my wings are gone so just fly my ass back to base and continue like nothing happened
Wait, there is something better than F-16A at 12.3 when it comes to dogfight?
Last I tested the Su-27 outclassed the block10 in every type of dogfight except vertical climbing 1C/scisors. The easiest fight was to just outrate the F-16 with the flanker
Now the flankers were nerfed a bit but I haven’t done a proper dogfight to check how they fare. But I think the su-27 still outrates it, though i’m not sure if it can force the ratefight now.
But you still have the gripen, the eurocanards. The jeff might be a potential nuisance. The F-2 will obviously outclass it but thats kinda of an F-16 anyway…
F-15A will also outrate it but lose the 1C
