Oh, it looks like we’re talking about different game modes. I play ASB, so I’m talking about the ranks in SIM mode.
In ARB, everything could be completely different, since radar and avionics don’t matter there.
So there was a misunderstanding between us. Sorry.

It’s really only that game mode where the mig-29 with r73s and r27ers can be 12.7 due to f-2 spam at 13.0 and f-15/fa-18 spam at 12.7.
Anything else it’s just OP

Yea, I’m too jumpy of a person to play ASB. The only times I played it were for the fast grind. So I’m not qualified to talk about balance there.
I think the missile count would be it’s biggest hindrance in ASB, since the distances are so big.

27ER at 12.3, cmon!? F4s and F18s have no idea what hit them and from where.
9-12a should get regular 27 at 12.3 and 9-12g should have 27ER removed and dropped to 12.7 in SB.
