The Mig-29kr should receive It’s R-77-1 and Kh31PD/AD and can be moved to 14.0 , it would fix it’s BVR capabilities which it really lacks while facing 14.7 Top tier Jets since it can’t use R27ER ,
It would also provide USSR its sole 14.0 jets while stand separate from Mig29m
so an increased BR would appropriate for the increased capability.

you have the Su-27SM which outperforms every current 14.0 plane already
Let’s leave the MiG-29KR as it is and wait for the MiG-35 which could fill that spot instead

I get the point but man it ain’t about Su27SM, (i really like migs :p)
Not Having 27ER already hinders it long range perfomance at 14.0+ games , So ig giving it R-77-1 would be fair trade-off for the BR.
Besides who knows when they would Mig-35 and it most certainly be a 14.3-7 jet :/
I personally think the MiG-29KR is fine at 13.7
Mainly due to the CM count.
Moving it up imo would just hurt it
Without next generation of missiles there is nothing in MiG-35 arsenal that would justify 14.3/14.7 br. Major difference between 29KR and 35 is weight reduction and addition of MAW and LWS. In-service airframes still use Zhuk-M mechanical radar found on 29KR and 29SMT and they still are limited to only 6 radar guided missiles. Introduction of R-37M can justify br above 14.0 but this missile is way too early at this moment.
R-77+R-27ER combo on an actual airframe is much better than MICA on mid platform
Mirage is good, but 27SM beats it
90% chance that gaijin puts the AESA in it since it can technically use it and making it a 14.3
