It has a BR of 11.0, and BR of 10.7 in arcade (!).
Something like the MiG-21BIS would be fine mostly, because R-60Ms are easily flarable even by rockets due to a giant seeker (which it mainly relies on) and R-3R are essentially one trick pony that can be escaped by literally going under it.
Hell, even something like the F-4E is highly dependent on whether the radar actually tracks due to SRC mode and sometimes it bypasses ground clutter in close range and could be overran by chaff despite CW seeker.
The JA37C similarly combine the potential loadout of Aim-7F and PD radar, but it is still 11.3.
The MiG-25 is also absurdly fast that it could just run away from engagements if it wanted to.
Stop turning 10.0 into a multipathing, bombing wasteland like what 11.0 became due to 12.0.
Huge skill problem, I bet you’re trying to beat him by flying high. I’d like to know what’s going on inside some people’s heads when they think flying high in front of a MiG-25 will work. And in the game chat I saw a lot of people saying he was bad, they all have skill problems too.
Same with the mig25 but the mig25 is stuck with a slower/wider scan and no ACM.
I only carry one r40rd because i dont like having to fight the radar. If it could carry 4 r40td or had a better radar, i could see it go up no problem.
But right now, you got flarable IR missiles and a decent SARH tied to a bad radar.
I disagree on the point that the radar is bad. After actually getting a lock, the radar is one of the best if not the best non Doppler radar.
Getting a lock is a bit more complicated, but as long as you know the switch to IRST strategy to get a less wide FoV to get a lock, then switch back to radar, it’s not that hard to lock targets below 20-15km, tho you obviously won’t get radar picks in dogfights easily
