The radar you ahve to be below 1500 meters and poitning below the horizon for the MTI mode to work !

No!! , the issue is R23R dont pull many Gs, so you need to kind of flank the the enemy teams, and come down towards them at a
45 degree angle towards them from above. not quite nose dive xD

I am very suprise that it lose both of thing wings and still be able to dogefight and land back safe
in thrust we trust mate, the Mig23 can pop its wings off and keep going as the speed is not engine limited, its air frame limited, as you see

Ok i think i kinda found the way to play the R-60M as i just unlock 6 of them basically fly as high as possible and them nose dive and spam at every enemy that can be locked. As i see players mostly look left right and back instead of something right on top of them.
In the context of WT, I think its been that way, as well as an FM nerf for about a year? maybe just under that.

They butchered its FM as well as changed entirely how its radar functions

Usually folks dont look up yeah you are right, if you come in from behind them the missiles work better.

Not butchered the FM it was massively over performing before lol. They also made the MTI work like well a real MTI.
Next they need to nerf the F-5.
I mean it is butchered in comparison to before, the reason of why is irrelevant to the statement.
I personally enjoyed them with the mew fm so cant imagine how good they were before with the old one

Annoyingly so lol. They where a PITA to deal with but now, not so much.
See i never found them difficult to deal with either.
But that’s Ancedotal from me to say as i was against them in things like fg1 and fgr2 or the tornado f3 back a few years ago
how to use the ballistic computer probaly? i just notice it existed today
The ballistic comouter is for bombing, using rockets and as well a gun marker for where rounds will hit on the deck
ok it worked interestingly and i still have problem with the radar it just work sometimes and sometimes it just won’t work properly. always go above 1600M to get the radar move it range scale from 30km>>90km. What am I doing wrong??? And testing by locking to my allies aircraft won’t work at all as well or the enemys… it shows that the radar have detect the aircraft but it just won’t work. This is Under 1600M RALT

The MTI mode only can go to 30km.

Like i said MTI works like pulse doppler, it filters out the ground clutter, so you can lock targets thst have land behijd them
am very sure it broken so my radar won’t lock it on the close target about 3km I just use IR and lock it and switch it back to normal radar and it will lock on the target however my first time using the R-23R it just explode immideatly after being fire and lock on target. I know it SARH so I kept my radar lock on it. What am i doing wrong?
