this game is something i have played for a long time now and i would love to see it grow even more in the coming years. But the devs are very greedy granted its takes a lot of time and money for new vehicles and even graphic improvements but still the money they are getting especially from the summer sales which are happening now should be used to bring mid life improvements to the game which will benefit the playerbase and also increase it.
Wouldnt it be better if gaijin put in the funds and made the next few updates less about vehicles and more about game reforms such as;
- Graphics rework: The game hasnt updated its weather model for years and the clouds are a easy proof of that i have seen the same low quality clouds for 4 years now and also the rain effects are never used in the real games like it would look fantastic a grb match with rain and winds which works well with the tanks and also the many bugs that still exist in this game such as rocks coming out of the ground etc need to fixed. The modern fighters in the game show vapor formation on high g turns but still its only 2 lines running form near the wing on every aircraft and its just dosnt feel good.
- Sound rework: This game still uses the same audio for props and low tier jets and they are not that good except a handful the sounds are not good and its one of the main things in a war game the sounds. I love the soviet 122mm guns sound but the american 75s and 76s just feel like water guns and all top tier mbts sound the same and even mid tier mbts dont have vehicle specific audio and also the engine sounds are so misleading like all wheel vehicles sound the same and also its so hard to pinpoint sound in the game even with headphones on. I think a rework the countermeasures, engine (both air and gb), gun sounds and sfx sounds rework would attract a lot of people and make the game experience even more fun.
To close my post i think this game has and has had a lot of potential since the start and it can reach incredible heights if the developers listen to the people more and be less greedy.
Also rather than adding multiple vehicles next update i think it would be better to fix the game and bring quality updates to the game and maybe add 2-5 vehicles if they can manage it. I dont expect alot from this post but if you have any other points, ideas, suggestions, then feel free to reply i like reading about these things.
