But yeah, it’s a joke how Gaijin implemented realShatter for any nation except for Germanys WW2 era cannons.

I think is a fair treatment and should’ve been fixed with the addition of the Sd Kfz 251 Hanomag, it’s a real shame.

it isnt some weird bias you a perceving here it is just a dev adding newer code to newer additions
they might as well added the hanomag to france or britian and you wouldnt have cried about some bias
It is not only the missing Real Shatter - gaijin has nerfed the MG 151/20 like hell - i can live with the weakest 20 mm cannon, but the self-destruction (SD) nerf (range-based and not time-based) and the poor ballistics since the ballistic “update” made the weapon without any doubt the weakest 20 mm cannon in the game.
They closed my own bug report regarding the SD nerf:

…with the label “not enough info” - despite i linked the officially archived handbook - including the specific part including the correct time-fuse settings.
In total opposition to historical sources (describing the cannon as unable to kill enemy aircraft even with full bursts) gaijin buffed the 20 mm ShVak to the imho best 20 mm cannon at prop BRs.
…that gaijin needed years to de-nerf the mine shells regarding the impact fuse. The shells penetrated especially wooden USSR aircraft wings without exploding.
If you would be a better pilot you would be aware of those issues.
Go and fly undertiered Chinese jets and stay out of serious debates.

if your report looked something like the following it would have probably been accepted:
The German prop aircraft within wt use mainly MG 151/20 with the so called “mine shells” / Minengeschoss shell, which currently self destructs after a certain distance traveled.
This is wrong as stated in “Munitionsvorschrift für Fliegerbordwaffen” (attached in the sources), the shells are supposed to self destruct after 3 seconds of flight and not after traveling a specific distance.
The shells produced after April of 1941 had a SD fuse after 3 seconds.

gaijin doesn’t need a bug report to know they didn’t add realshatter to like 5% of the game’s cannons and that they need to go and do that to make everything equitable.
so why aren’t they putting it on the planes, I am not saying they have anti-german bias, I am saying they don’t know how to dev their game.

Its really stange that russian MG151 shells are that much better (the captured Hanomag from the package). Better fuse + real shatter. Also no autodestruct? Frustrating.

This only applied for Night- and day fighters defending Germany. Frontline units had no Zerlegezünder ammo issued.
